Herr A - 2025 sammanfattning

The first half of the season has been shaped by some big changes. We started the year with strong performances and good results, but the team has recently entered a more challenging phase. After losing two key starters, around whom our offense was built, we've had to rearrange our team, giving some of our younger and less experienced players a bigger responsibility. Naturally, this had an impact on our playing style and results, and transitions like this are never easy. These movements have also influenced team dynamics, which is to be expected, and that’s something I've actively tried to manage. The group has responded well overall, and the atmosphere has remained focused and mostly positive, even as we accumulate a few more losses than we would like to. Being a player-coach makes the situation even more complex, and I'm grateful to my teammates for their trust during this phase, and I feel very supported both by them and the club.

This rebuilding process has already started to pay off: after a strong 3-1 victory over second-ranked Habo C, last weekend we delivered what was probably the best team performance of the season as we narrowly lost a five set battle against third-ranked Engelholm. The energy, mutual support and fight that we showed had been missing for a long time, and I feel very confident that this was a turning point in our season. Despite it being a loss, this game was definitely the highlight of the season. 

Our goal is clear: continue to rebuild, grow, and compete. If we work hard and stay patient, I have no doubt that the results will come.
