Målvaktslista och målvaktsträning

Målvaktslista

13 killar från lagt har anmält intresse att vara målvakt. Målvakter till matcher kommer att tas ut från den listan och de som ska stå i mål kommande matcher kommer även prioriteras som målvakter i ordinarie övningar under veckans träningspass.

Till helgen är det följande fyra spelare som kommer tas ut som målvakt till match:

Sam Berg, Folke, Hampus och Emil Örtenvik.

listan är öppen, dvs man kan gå in och ut ur målvaktslistan om så önskas och då meddelar man mig - dvs Niklas som administrerar listan. När man går med i listan hamnar man automatiskt längst ned, dvs man kommer förmodligen få vänta några veckor på att få spela match men kan såklart vara med på målvaktsträningen direkt.

Målvaktsträning

Ca 1 träning/vecka kommer vi ha särskild målvaktsträning (hela eller del av träning) för de som anmält intresse att vara målvakt. Självklart får man vara med och testa även om man inte anmält intresse men det ska vara ett undantag, för att få kvalitet på träningen önskar vi ha ett färre antal målvakter. Såklart också ok att inte vara med på målvaktsträningen och istället köra ordinarie träning om man önskar det. Önskvärt är att man anger i kallelsen om man står i mål på träningar märkta med målvaktsträning.

Whatsapp

Jag kommer skapa en whatsapp-grupp för föräldrar till barn på målvaktslistan. Där kommuniceras vem som står i mål kommande matcher och annat som kan vara av intresse.

Hi, it seems that Pranav did not receive any invitations for the matches, at least not that I have seen in any messages. When I checked, it looks like most of the matches were already scheduled during the winter session, and at that time Pranav was involved in another game.
My concern is that, if this is the case, he may not get any opportunity to participate in the matches. Of course, he may not be able to officiate all of them, but we would at least appreciate receiving the invitations so we can decide.
I recently checked online (since we did not receive any invitation or message) and could only find one match listed for June. Also, it would be helpful if he could be invited to nearby matches as well, not only those that are far away.
I am keeping a close eye on these matters. Ofcouse he received for the selling booklet and papers and also training session but not the match’s. Anyway thanks

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
To clarify, the invitations sent out over the winter were for registration for the upcoming season and for specific tournaments. These tournaments tend to fill up quickly and have early registration deadlines, which is why we sent those out so far in advance.

Game Rotation:
The calendar shows all individual games for the season. With a squad of 40 players, we rotate everyone evenly. Statistically, this means each player will participate in every fourth game.

Invitations:
We send out game-specific invitations about one week in advance to the players scheduled for that match. Since we have only played two games so far, Pranav should be due for his first invitation shortly.

We strive to keep the rotation fair for all players, including the balance of home and away games. If transportation to an away game is ever an issue, please contact the coaches, as we can always arrange for him to ride with another family.

As a reminder - all of these details was covered during our last parent meeting.We hope to see you there next time!

Thanks Andreas, understood. Good to know the rotation and invitations are already planned. That was exactly my point the invitations sent during the winter were not received by us. We’ll wait for the upcoming invitations, and if the timing and matches suit, Pranav will participate. Regarding the parent meeting, if it will be in English then I’d be happy to participate. Previously, that was not the case, so I chose not to attend because I am still not good with the Swedish language, unfortunately!
