Tyreso Pre Game

We are facing a tough challenge this Saturday as we face Tyreso at their fileld. They are having a fine season and feature some very talented players on both defense and offense. This is the penultimate game for the Bulls as we have failed to qualify for the playoffs. We will look to go out in style and play with togetherness and pride.
We haven't been too lucky this year with injuries and we will have several game time decisions to make regarding the health of some of our players. Our personnel will dictate what type of game plan we will use. Regardless of our situation, we will need to play smart offensively and make wise decisions versus their defense, which hasn't given up many points this year. Our defense will focus on Tyreso's Qb and offensive line, they have some threats at receiver and also in the backfield, so they are dangerous because of their balanced attack.

"It''s not whether you win or lose, its how you play the game," was probably said by someone that was used to losing. We should never accept losing and one of the important goals for our team is to be competitive and win every game.
Yesterday our players played with a lot of pride and managed to hold off a tough Tyreso team for 3 quarters. Tyreso came out strong in the 3rd quarter and put up 28 points quickly on some long plays and in special teams.
We entered the game with a depleted roster and we finished the game with an even smaller squad. It''s been a tough year physically for us, and we will need to look at some off-season solutions to help alleviate such problems in 2014.
The game started well for our offense and we held the ball for a long drive, making it to the red zone without scoring. This was pretty much the story of the day for our offense which played one of our better games of the year, taking good care of the ball and converting 1st downs when we needed them. Tyreso''s defense is very tough and they don''t allow anything for free. Our defense was able to force several ''3 & outs'', which was impressive. I was especially pleased with the way we defended the run.
One more week, a tough home game versus the hot team of the Superseries, Upsalla.
