New info! ACIF member can bring a friend or a family member to the event.

The fee will be the same as for ACIF member. If you want to bring family or friend to the island make a note when you register (+1, and name of participant)

Event details in brief:

Dates: June 15-16, 2024
For whom: all fitness levels
Location: Äventyrens Ö (Island of Adventures), Stockholm’s archipelago. From the Skeppsdals Bryggal in Åkersberga Municipality a boat will take you to the island at 9 AM.
Training Sessions:

Outdoor Gym Workout: Sweat it out amidst natural surroundings.
Strongman 90 min: Fun training where we use Atlas Stones, Strongman log, Farmers walk, Tire flips, and more. Concludes with a kayak relay.
Yoga: Find your inner balance and flexibility.
Circle Training: Collaborate with fellow members in dynamic group exercises.

Leisure Activities:

Sea Swim: Take a refreshing dip
Sauna by the sea: Unwind and detoxify in our traditional sauna.
Wood fired hot tub: Immerse yourself in relaxation.

Culinary Delights:

Breakfast: Energize with a hearty morning meal.
Lunches: Saturday lunch prepared in Muurikkas
Barbecue Dinner: Feast under the stars.
Snacks: Keep your energy levels up throughout the day.

Lodging:

Sommarhemmet in either double or triple bed rooms

Cost and Registration:

The cost per participant is 1500 SEK which includes:

All meals, all training activities, boat transport, accommodation
Alcohol not included, can be purchased in island bar (Bringing your own alcohol to the camp is not allowed)

The maximum number of participants is 20 (lottery will be hold if more than 20 people register)
