SWEDISH CUP – SÄVSJÖ, JANUARY 2–5 2026

The year 2026 is approaching rapidly, and with it the 21st edition of the international shooting competition Swedish Cup, featuring a total of 460 shooters from nine countries competing in air pistol, air rifle and running target. Participants range from juniors to veterans, and from grassroots shooters to world-class elite athletes.

The event opens after 5:00 PM (17:00) on January 2 with the mixed competition, a team event in which each team consists of one woman and one man. The competition will conclude with a finalmatch in each discipline. National teams and club teams from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands and Australia will line up at the start.

On the following days, January 3–5, the individual competitions will take place, consisting of qualification rounds (starting at 8:00 AM (08:00)) and finals each day. In addition to the regular classes for women, men, junior women and junior men, finals will also be held on January 3–4 for veterans and the para class SH2.

New for this year is that air rifle and air pistol competitions will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions, with a finals session in the middle of the day.
