SIlas Isler

Silas Isler är ursprungligen från Kloten Dietlikon i Schweiz och har varit del av seniortruppen i flera år.

Vi fick tips om honom och tog då kontakt för att sedan bjuda in honom till uppstarten i augusti. Vi imponerades av hans rivighet och hans sätt att jobba på planen. För er som följt oss under försäsongen så har han redan presenterat sig, men nu på söndag kliver han in i sin första tävlingsmatch på svensk mark i Svenska cupen mot Ledberg.

Silas tell our Onyx supporters a little about yourself?

I started playing floorball with the Kloten-Dietlikon Jets when I was 12. Since then I've played every position except goalie, I prefer center or winger.Now I'm 23 and looking forward to learn a lot during my time at Onyx.

Now you have played three trainingmatches against teams from the second league (Allsvenskan), what are your strengths and what can the audience expect from you on the pitch?

I'm a very physical player on the field, I try to play hard but fair in every duel. As a fighter I will always do my best to achieve the best possible for the team in a game!

You will spend your first year in Sweden, but what are your goals with your floorball if you look three years ahead?

At the moment my goal is to learn as much as possible and to benefit from the new environment and other types of games. I would like to use the coming time to develop into a leading player. And very important: have fun playing floorball!
