Samling: 18:00Do you want to contribute to improving our volleyball practices? Then come join us! We are looking for people to help us experiment and play with a new type of warm up for our regular training. No extra skills are required.
Where: Skatås, green area by the beach courts
When: 21st July, 18:00 - 18:30, followed by playing beach
For who: Gothia volley members - all levels are welcome!
Important: You shouldn't warm up before, we want to test how it is to start from being cold! In case of bad weather, we will postpone.
OBS: If you have a volleyball, please bring it.
