Vemdalen 2026

Dear alpine ski-lovers,

Welcome joining our biggest event of the season, our ski trip to Vemdalsskalet! Gather your colleagues, bring a friend/family member, or join by yourself - at the biggest trip of the year you will make new friends, all passionate about skiing.

The trip will take place March 12 - 15. We will travel by bus and lodge close to the slopes and service centre. A fun competition and a joint dinner will be arranged, and hopefully you will enjoy nice slopes and the spring sunshine during this awesome trip. The after ski is a blast @Vemdalsskalets Högfjällshotell, Smalare än Thord will be the hosting band. On Saturday evening, The 90's Party with performance by Dr. Alban, Linda Bengtzing, Syd & Ekman will take over the night club. You don't want to miss this!

The base package includes transport by bus, lodging, ski school (only for adults), and cleaning of the cabin. Then you can add skipass, bed linen/towels. Please note that the restaurant, after ski and night club is located right next to our cabins.

Price

The price of the trip consists of a base package to which you should add relevant ski-pass. ESIK members 2026 will receive a discount on the price, to receive the discount please follow these instructions.

Departure

We will travel by bus leaving from Stockholm Central and Kista Thursday afternoon (~14.00 - 15.00), exact departure time will be sent out 1 week prior departure.

Lodging

We will be staying in apartments close to all facilities like the slopes, ski-rental, grocery store and restaurants.

Alpine ski school

We will arrange ski school during mornings from beginners to advanced skiers in slalom and snowboard. Ski school levels. Note requiered age för ski school is 18.

Joint dinner

We will arrange a joint dinner on Friday evening at Vemdalsskalet Högfjällshotell, enjoy the dinner with us.

Journey home

On Sunday we will travel back to Stockholm in the afternoon and arrive late Sunday evening (~21.00 - 22.30).

After registration and payment you will receive a confirmation of your participation.

ESIK memebership

As an ESIK member you get subsidiced ski-passes and ski-school. To become a member of ESIK please follow these instructions.

Insurance

Please note that we don't provide group insurance for the trip so we encourage you to ensure your private travel and health insurance is up to date.

Wellness benefit

Skiing is approved as a tax-free wellness benefit and from this season you can use wellness allowance when you purchase ski passes through ESIK Alpina. After all the payment and the trip is completed you will receive an email with the receipt that you can upload to Ericsson for me
