Guys, thanks everyone for the session today. It was really intense! My legs hurt so much now :) I guess this intensity is correlated with the injuries some of us got today. But let’s keep it up! We’ll get fitter and more aware of movements on the pitch. Cheers!

A couple of optional activities this week:

- Max and I will be out on the track in Kristinebergs IP at 1830 (as he had previously mentioned in his post). All levels of fitness welcome! We have this and next week before holidays start, so come join so you can eat more over holidays! ;)

- After the end of year get together, several expressed interest in casually getting together to watch some futbol. Champions league this week, so would propose Wednesday if some of you are free and interested in getting together and watching the games (Bayern v Barcelona at 21 is an interesting one). O'leary's would probably be the easiest...can decide on location based off of interest shown. My WhatsApp is below.

Guys, let's try to avoid the situation with kits as we had last time. I propose we ALWAYS bring with us a BLUE t-shirt, shorts and socks for the matches (regardless of whether we expect to have the kits or not).
