You need to register for the Monday sessions. You can find the activity under Activities on the ACIF home page. Each new week’s session is published on Tuesday, one week in advance.
The training is hosted by coach Stefan. The maximum number of participants is set to eight to create a good training situation. There are four spots for beginner level players, four spots for intermediate level players.
Once registered, bring your racquet and join the game!

MATCHi uses a 1–10 scale to describe tennis skill levels. Use the descriptions below to find the level that best matches your current playing ability.
Level 1 - Has never held a racket before.
Level 2 - Can get the ball over the net occasionally.
Level 3 - Understands the basics of the game but is not comfortable with certain shots, for example volleys in tennis (or drop shots in badminton).
Level 4 - Has played for about one year, or played a couple of years a long time ago. Knows the basics well and can add some pace to the ball, but is very inconsistent.
Level 5 - Has played for a few years. Not a top talent, but usually gets the ball over the net with reasonable pace. Serve and special shots can still be inconsistent.
Level 6 - Similar to level 5, but with a better serve, better special shots, and fewer breaks from playing. More consistent and reliable overall.
Level 7 - Has likely competed or played regularly for many years. Very consistent and usually has at least one strong, winning shot.
Level 8 - Advanced Competitive Player
Very powerful serves and/or groundstrokes, with multiple winning shots. Has mastered all basic parts of the game but lacks something (for example footwork) to fully match level 9 players.
Level 9 - Has competed at the highest level in their country and played for most of their life. Excellent in both basic and advanced shots and not afraid of any opponent.
Level 10 - Like Björn Borg (or equivalent) at his peak — only even better.
