Hi everybody!

Not many lessons left this autumn for our great little swimmers. 

On Sunday, please bring your swim cap and goggles since we will be practicing a lot under water and floating on the stomach, which are the requirements for Baddaren Blå. 

Also, we know that it is not very comfortable with a swim cap so it is good to try and teach the kids early to have it. They can use it for a little while in the beginning and then we take it off if they want to.

On dec 7th is the end-of-season club event at UBSS that I hope you will all join. At this time, you as a parent need to check your kids for safety/be in the water, since there will be many kids, and there will be fika and play. It is not yet decided if there will also be a practise on dec 14th.

Great work to all our little swimmers so far in Simlekis! They are all so brave and happy. We take a break next week and see you all again the week after. 

I want to let you all know that the big door in the entrance should never be opened. We have seen that some swimmers/parents have learnt how to open it.

If you see that it is open please notify any swim instructor so we can close it, since we can get a fine if it is left open.

På söndag behöver barnen ha med sig ett par simglasögon, då vi ska öva på att flyta på mage och det är svårt utan glasögon. Det brukar finnas ett par att låna om någon saknas, men det bästa är om alla har med sig egna simglasögon.

On Sunday all kids need swim goggles since we will practise floating on the stomach, which can be hard without googles. There are usually a few pairs that can be lended but best is if everyone brings a pair.
