You should practice the drills/progressions in the video daily.
Think about:
Landings should be on a STABLE CURVE (ingen snigelhus)
GOOD POSTURE/erect body slightly turned toward the inside of the curve
Arms extended
controlled STRAIGHT FREELEG without a wide swing
BENT SKATING KNEE
HEAD TURNED TOWARD LANDING ARM, LOOK UP INTO AUDIENCE
And, don't forget to dance your program off ice as well.
