Have a look through and also watch the Malmo vs West, EKF vs West & EKF vs Malmo. See how they are all playing and think about how we can take advantage.
Also remember we were not full strength missing a few players and once we have our full squad we will be stronger and better.
Any players interested in coming back to training are all welcome - you have been missed by the team.
Other matches to look at are any U20 six nations matches, currently being played and the Lions vs South Africa, warm up matches and series.
Don't forget individual fitness and strength training over the summer.
