Our next opponent is Frösö IF, the "b" team as the first team play in division 2. This team is very, very tricky and full of skillful players that has an academy upbrining in one of the top youth systems in Jämtland.
Lövsta is also an extraordinary facility, for us to step out on this classic and top notch facility is a privilege for us.
Our week has been filled with knowledge, a highlight of Per Holknekt talking about gambling addiction - was a superb night in terms of our educational purpose.
We look to this game full of energy and dedication, we know - as always - that we have to be 100% ready to work hard, encourage each other and also be brave with and without the ball.
The game will for sure be worth looking at and we hope for a good attendance and a great match between to good sides.
Good and valuable lesson from Frösön

On Friday we visited one of the best facilities in Jämtland, Lövsta activity center. WHAT a place and what a top class facility for Frösön to have as a home!
The game, we knew it would be a very tough challenge as Frösön have a team full of academy products from different academies in Östersund. A team which is technical good and a team which can hurt you when they have clear cut chances. And the beforehand thoughts, turned out to be true.
After roughly 10 minutes we were 3-0 down and it was uphill from that moment on. We though, fought our way back and we showed amazing character and fighting spirit as we never gave in and played the ball around and created chances. It was another valuable lesson on our journey and a new scenario to deal with.
Full credit to Frösön for their quality, especially final third and it is so valuable for us to play teams like Frösön with their quality and their footballing education in proper clubs. Thank you for a great battle in lovely weather at a fantastic facility.
