Picture from our theoretical session
As the autumn starts to arrive, division 4 Jämtland/Härjedalen continues and tonight we play versus Brunflo away.
Brunflo is just above us in the league and when we played Brunflo in the spring, Brunflo ran out as winners 4-1. What have we learned since then?
ALOT!
We have had a positive spiral week by week this season, even though some of our results has not been what we would have wanted - the learning curve and reaction to, especially, those games have been tremendous.
We go into the game tonight, coming from a 3-0 loss vs Strömsund, holding our heads high, full of bravery and looking to go out and express ourselves as good as we can.
The boys have so far this season been absolutely terrific and we expect nothing less tonight.
Brunflo is another great club, representing their society/village, great pitch, good set up and really good facilitites.
As always it is a privilege to play these clubs that carries a village, tradition and history underneath their club badge. For sure it will be a competetive match and as always we really appreciate any kind of support we get from matches.

Stronger together with Lunar
The game versus Strömsund was so very useful. We said directly after the game that it ws a huge win, in terms of our learning process as individuals and as a team.
We decided to have a theory session to discuss, not tactics, not football technique - we discussed what we think is important, how to behave as individuals in order to be strong together as a team.
We asked for a reaction after the Strömsund game, and we could not ask for any more today. Flawless in terms of everything we spoke about in the theoretical session, flawless in how to be strong together and flawless bravery from each and every one associated with Cosmos.
We knew the game would be tough, Brunflo is a great club, Örjan is a fantastic footballing human being and the atmosphere around the pitch is amazing.
With that in mind, we had to be strong, brave and determined. We were all of that, and our first half in terms of tactical and technical was so so impressive.
We ran out as winners with a 2-0 win, we need to learn from the game and prepare ourself for the coming trainings and the coming matches.
We would like to thank Brunflo for a great evening, the referees for their superb refereeing and also Brunflo players and staff for a great battle.
We keep learning, we keep making mistakes and we keep improving in order to chase our dreams and make them come true!
