I have loved Täby Tang Soo Do för almost 7 years now and this is why:
The Instructors, begining with Daniel Marcko, and all the others we,ve gotten to know through the years have supported our childen and taught them so many of lifes' lesssons they will never learn in school (sometimes not even in our homes if I am completely honest).
My son, Hunter, feels like he has an extra family in our club and is slowly, but surely becoming a very kind, respectful hard working and more self-assured young person. He cares about other people and would do truly anything he could to defend and protect others, what he believes is right, and even other people het hinks are being unfairly treated.
He takes resposibility for his actions and is learning not to make excuses for when he does somthing he knows, intuitively isn't right i his own behavior.
I've been lucky enough in my life to experience tha value of the martial arts and that is why I chose to "Make Hunter "begin with Karate at a very young age. He thanks me for this now.
Sometimes, when he was tired of going to practice or wanted to quit, I wouldn't let him. He wasn't very happy at the time, but then wonderful things happenned in his heart. He is slowly but surely learning the gift of humility and has begun to find an inner confidence that will help him through his life when I am no longer alive to "watch over and protect him". He will learn tobe independent and strong, honest , humble and empathetic. I usy say that this makes me a very proud father.
For this I am so truly thankful and it's because of others. No one person is strong alone. It's the group, the organizationand guiding philosphy that gives us all these gifts!
Yes, I am one of Täby Tang Soo Do's most loyal fans and love our club, ALL the children, the adults, the teachers and the development I have witnessed in so many good people over these years.
You, as parents, are all doing the right things for the right reasons and will reap the benefits. Yuou and everyone involved in the process will be rewarded for a lifetime. So will our children!!!
Please keep supporting them all and no one can ever take this away from them, They "Earned" it through their hard work and also great guidance.
