About time to get those legs a race...
Planned: 1) finish with no pain in the lower leg or body, 2) have a decent distance time without pressing, 3) finish before the W60...
Not even a "training race". Just wanted to see if it was possible to run longer than 25min... without pain or getting worse.
Actual: 43:43 - 16th age category. No pain. 1 W60 in front of me. Top50 women all cat. 25°C at start. Hot. No wind.
Definitely ok run under the sun... 3 months after stress-fracture, this is a 10K that would do.
Next time: running for real. And longer.
