This is the registration form for the first period of Minihopp (10 saturdays during april- july). If your child is not a member Eslövs OCR, you must add the membership fee of 100SEK below. This is important to ensure our group insurance policies are valid. In the event of a cancelled activity, additional dates will be scheduled at the end of the period.
